Originally, I set out to be a performer. The goal was to be a performer on Broadway for about 10 years and then become a music teacher. Then I found out how much I’d be making as a performer and found a sales job instead (Hey, a guy needs to pay his bills). I do sometimes perform still from time to time for fun.
I was in sales management for about 10 years until I finally decided to work for myself. I was tired of working 7 long days every week. With knowledge of building websites, that’s how I started to make a living. The only problem with that was how anti-social it was. Just me and the code and no-one to interact with. It started to get to me. One day, I walked into my bank and told the Assistant Manager that I was looking for something. I asked him to let me know if any of his business clients may be looking for someone with a strong sales and management background. I was surprised when he said that they were looking to hire a Branch Manager. That’s how I got into banking.
I’ve been in the banking world since 2008 and am lucky enough to be working for one of the best companies in the country.
However, having built thousands of websites, it’s still something that I enjoy to this day. That’s why I created this website.
Despite having a successful career, an unbelievable family, and having fun at what I do, I wanted to share what I know with others. That’s when I decided to create ScottMazerall.com. My goal is to share my knowledge with a community of individuals that want to better themselves in whatever way is important to them.
I’m here to share ideas that have helped me in the past (and hopefully the future). I welcome others who have enjoyed success to share their ideas as well. Let’s work together towards personal success for ourselves and our families.
